This moment is the only one we have Brooks...most of the time, all we can change is our interior experience, our response...so why not love what is with all of our hearts, trusting that discomfort will shift to ease and the wheel will keep turning round and round...May all being feel safe, may all beings feel happy, may all beings feel strong, may all beings trust that they ARE love...and that is enough...even in the midst of terrible turmoil and tsunamis...we are held in love we ARE love.
