Kathryn and Tara: I’m a fan!

This post at Elephant Journal is my peace offering toward popular yoga. I may not always be at peace with the things I see happening in popular yoga, but these women have worked hard and lived their lives to be where they are. So this post is an honoring.

    Good on you! Goodness knows how long they have been doing Yoga and what their path has been like. Its a good lesson for us all not to get our knickers in a knot about appearances.

    once again, the discussion was NOT personally about them or their appearances. really boggles the mind why people don't get that.
